Our clients are furnished with their very own user login details which allows their designated friends and family to review the occurrences of our visit. The logs will include details of what our client’s mood was that day, as well as their feelings and thoughts. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our clients are safe and well looked after on our watch, and so we ensure that every one of our carers attend with bodycams. Be rest assured that this footage is secured in line with our data protection obligations.
